How do I access One NZ Rewards?

To access One NZ Rewards you can either:

• Open the My One NZ app on your phone or tablet, and click on any of the links to the One NZ Rewards site. If you don’t have the My One NZ app, you can download it here.
• Or, you can go straight to the One NZ Rewards site using the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. You’ll find the Rewards site here.

Logging in to One NZ Rewards:

• To log in to One NZ Rewards you need to be a current One NZ customer and have a My One NZ account that has a Service attached.
• Your options for logging in are shown in the images below.
• Once you are logged in, a green dot with a tick in it will appear next to the person icon, and it will say “Hi <your name>” rather than “Hi There” in the green banner at the top.
• If, after logging in you are see a "Get Access" message this means that we don't have a record of a Service associated with your My One NZ account. Adding a Service just means that your mobile and/or broadband "Services" need to be connect to your My One NZ account.
