How do I know if I won a competition?

In the terms and conditions of the competition the end date along with the date we will reach out to the winners.

It is important to note that only if you have entered into one of our One NZ Rewards competitions are you eligible to win.

If you have been selected as a winner we generally reach out through email and will send a message to the email registered to your My One NZ account. In unique circumstances we may reach out over the phone if you have not replied to our emails and have won a notable prize.
