Is this a scam?

If you have been reached out to via email, text or phone and are unsure if it is legitimate you can always call us on 0800 102 902 or email us at hello@onenzrewards.nz and we can look into/verify your query.

How we handle competition winners:

• Only if you have entered into one of our One NZ Rewards competitions are you eligible to win. If you do not recall entering any competition it is best to check with us.
• If you have been selected as a winner we generally reach out through email and will send a message to the email registered to your My One NZ account.
• In unique circumstances we may reach out over the phone if you have not replied to our emails and have won a notable prize.
• One NZ would never ask for any kind of payment when it comes to a prize or postage.

Unfortunately the One NZ logo/branding is often used by scammers, it's best you block this number/email if you can and make sure you do not hand over any personal details.

If you have given over any personal information or account details you will need to contact your bank to secure your information.
