How to book online using a voucher

Booking online with your Voucher is easy.

To redeem your Hoyts Voucher online, visit our website, www.hoyts.co.nz and select the cinema and session that you’d like to see. The session time you choose must fall with the terms of your voucher.

After you select your seats you will be taken to the ticket selection stage. At the bottom of the ticket page select add ‘Voucher’, enter the voucher number which is located under the barcode, starting with the letter “H”, and the 4 digit pin. Press ‘Apply’.

If you have more than one voucher, continue to enter each voucher as above. Then continue to payment. Booking fees apply when vouchers are redeemed online.

NB: do not place a quantity next to a ticket type unless you require the purchase of additional tickets.

A booking fee of $1.65 per ticket will be charged by HOYTS Cinema when redeeming your vouchers online (correct at time of update).

How to use my voucher in cinema

Present your Hoyts or Berkeley Cinema Voucher at the Box Office counter of your chosen Hoyts or Berkeley Cinema (these can be presented either on your phone or printed – as long as the staff member can see voucher code) in exchange for a ticket to your chosen film and session.

The session time you choose must fall with the terms of your voucher.
