I have a Service showing in My One NZ, but I am still seeing a Get Access message?

If you are seeing a Get Access message, and you have previously logged into One NZ Rewards with no issues, you’ve just added your Service or you’ve checked in My One NZ and you have a Service(s) showing, please try the following:

  1. Click on the person icon on the top right of the Rewards site
  2. Sign out
  3. Sign in again. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, continue the steps below.
  4. Clear the cache on your browser (there are some good instructions on how to do this here if you don’t know how). Close the browser after you’ve finished this process
  5. Open One NZ Rewards again, try logging in again.
