Can I get accessible seating tickets through a One NZ Presale?

What to do if you require Accessible Seating:

Accessible seats (including Companion Cards) can be purchased during the presales via Customer Service if you can quote the relevant password/code.

If you need to talk to a Customer Service Representative, please call 09 970 9711. Please note, this phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.

To make use of our presale, call the NZ Customer Service number above once the presale have gone live. You can then quote your unique code for the presale and the Customer Service Representative will assist you in purchasing your tickets.
