What to do if you have any issues:

Stay calm! It gets busy, and some times that means everything is slower than is desirable. Don’t frantically push buttons, give everything time to load.

If you think there is an issue with the One NZ Rewards site, give it 5 minutes to sort itself out. If there is still an issue you can:
