How do I get ready for a Presale?

Presales are live until they sell out or reach the end time stated in the presale information. If a presale sells out, the show will generally go on sale to the general public a few days later. If you miss out, you can visit the Live Nation website for further on-sale dates.

Popular events can sell out quickly. We recommend anyone wanting to purchase tickets prepares in advance so they have a smooth experience on the day.

At least 24 hours before:

1. Check you can log in into the One NZ Rewards site at least 24 hours before the presale. Keep these details saved somewhere safe, we recommend using a password protection tool.
2. Read all the information about the presale, including who the ticketing partner (there may be different ticketing partners if there are more than one location).
3. Head to the ticketing partners page (e.g. Ticketmaster or Ticketek). Make sure you have registered with them/know your login details. Keep these details saved somewhere safe.
4. Claim your unique code on the One NZ presale page by clicking GET CODE, and copy the code provided. Ensure you save it somewhere (e.g. write it down) so you can easily access it when tickets go on sale. (Please note, the code will only work once the presale window has begun.)
5. Click TICKET PAGE and you will be directed to ticketing partners website – this page will be updated when the presale begins. Bookmark or save this URL so you can easily access it when tickets go on sale.
6. Save the start date and time in your calendar with an alert to remind you when the presale will start.
7. Check out what else is on offer on the One NZ Rewards site - there are always lots of rewards on offer and competitions to enter!

On the day:

1. Stay calm! It gets busy, and some times that means the websites are a bit slower than normal. Don’t frantically push buttons, give everything time to load.
2. Make sure you have your payment method somewhere close.
3. Head straight to the ticketing partners site using the link you saved earlier and enter your unique code in the offer code box (it is called different things on different ticketing partners sites, but it should be obvious).
4. Choose your tickets from the available options and follow the purchase process.
5. The ticketing partner will distribute tickets and keep you updated on any updates on the event.
